Internal Medicine and Primary Care, including Acute Care: Abdominal pain, aches & pains, annual physicals, bronchitis, cold/flu/fever/cough, earache, heartburn and other digestive problems, nausea, UTIs.
Treatment and Management of Chronic Conditions: Asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, migraine, thyroid disorders, weight management.
Mental Health: Addressing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns with a focus on whole-person care.
Independent On-site Therapist
Preventive Care Services aimed at preventing chronic disease and improve overall wellness.

Yes, Scenic City Wellness addresses mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression, with a focus on whole-person care. We also can refer you to a Therapist who is located in our office.

Appointment lengths vary depending on the reason for your visit. Appointments can range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.

Adults should have a check-up at least once a year. However, patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease may need to be seen more frequently.

If your condition requires specialist care, we will provide a referral and coordinate your appointment as needed. Some insurance plans may require prior authorization. Referrals to a specialist do require an appointment prior to the referral being sent.

They accept all major insurances, including TennCare, Medicare, Tri-Care, and VeteransChoice. Cash payments are also accepted with a 25% discount. Yes, we accept new patients without extensive waiting periods.

At this time, Scenic City Wellness does not accept walk-ins and requires an appointment. However we do have same day acute appointments available for established patients.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and ensure you have checked in on the patient portal prior to arriving at your appointment.

We require an appointment for a refill if you have not been seen recently.

Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for certain conditions, follow-ups, and medication management. Please call our office to see if your visit qualifies for virtual care.
